1. Our Quality Promise

• Laundro Magic strives to provide the highest standard of laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe & bag care services in Bangalore using internationally recognised garment care practices.
• All services are performed by trained professionals using tested processes and premium-grade products suited to each fabric type.
• We welcome your feedback at all times and are committed to continuous improvement.

2. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery services are available across select Bangalore locations, confirmed at the time of booking via the Laundro Magic website.
• Upon booking confirmation, we will notify you of the scheduled pickup time. You or an authorised representative must be available to hand over and receive garments.
• Our delivery agents carry official Laundro Magic identification and will issue a digital or paper receipt at the time of pickup. Laundro Magic is not liable for garments handed to any unverified person.
• All efforts are made to deliver within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation.
• Customers are required to examine all garments at the time of delivery and raise any concerns immediately.

3. Garment Care & Liability

• Laundro Magic is not liable for colour run, shrinkage, fading, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, buttons, zips, sequins, beads, or shoulder pads where such issues arise from the nature of the fabric or prior wear and tear.
• Every reasonable effort is made to remove stains; however, complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Where a stain cannot be treated without risking further fabric damage, we will return the article untreated and inform you.
• Garments labelled "dry clean only" or "hand wash only" are accepted on the understanding that Laundro Magic will apply its expert judgement to select the most appropriate treatment method.
• Laundro Magic is not responsible for loss of or damage to any valuables or non-cleanable items (money, jewellery, keys, USBs, etc.) left inside garments or bags.
• For shoe and bag cleaning, Laundro Magic is not liable for loss of removable fittings, hardware, laces, or accessories unless separately listed on the receipt at pickup.

4. Turnaround Times

• Standard laundry (wash, fold, iron): delivered within 48 hours of pickup.
• Standard dry cleaning: delivered within 96 hours of pickup.
• Shoe & bag cleaning: delivered within 72 hours of pickup.
• Express service (same/next day) is available at an additional charge and is subject to capacity.
• Turnaround times are indicative. Delays caused by complex garments or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated proactively.

5. Payments

• Payments are accepted via Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. All digital payments are processed by our third-party payment partners and governed by their respective terms.
• All applicable taxes and levies are charged as per Indian law.
• Final pricing is confirmed on the invoice generated at the time of service creation. Invoice discrepancies must be reported within 2 hours of invoice generation.

6. Uncollected Articles

• Customers are requested to collect processed articles within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.
• A safe-keeping fee of Rs. 10 per article per day may apply after 15 days.
• Laundro Magic shall not be held responsible for articles uncollected beyond 45 days after processing completion, despite reasonable attempts to notify the customer.

7. Complaints

• All complaints regarding damage, loss, or service quality must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with the original receipt and intact Laundro Magic garment tag. Claims raised after this window cannot be entertained.
• Complaints are reviewed by our quality team within 5 working days. We may request the garment for physical inspection.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

8. Force Majeure & General

• Laundro Magic shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from fire, flood, earthquake, civil unrest, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of Laundro Magic services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• By submitting a booking via our website, you agree to receive order-related communications via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• No agent or employee of Laundro Magic has authority to alter these terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled at no charge before a pickup agent is assigned to your order on the Laundro Magic website.
• Once a pickup agent has been assigned, cancellation is not possible and the order will proceed as scheduled.
• Store-drop orders cannot be cancelled once articles have been handed over.

2. Re-processing

• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning, Laundro Magic offers free re-processing, provided the concern is raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and the original receipt.
• Re-processing is subject to our team's assessment of the reported quality issue.

3. Damage & Loss Compensation

In the rare event of damage or loss directly attributable to our negligence, compensation will be provided as follows:

• Compensation claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email to hello@laundromagic.in with your order ID, receipt, and photographs.
• Laundro Magic is not liable for inherent fabric weaknesses, pre-existing damage, or loss of non-cleanable items left in garments.
• No cash compensation will be provided. Compensation is issued as wallet credit or direct account transfer only.

4. Refund Modes

• Razorpay, PayU, or Stripe payments: refunds are credited to your original payment source within 5–7 working days, or to your Laundro Magic wallet at your preference.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are credited to your Laundro Magic wallet only. Wallet balance can be used on any future order.
• Laundro Magic wallet credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

5. Non-refundable Situations

• Service charges are non-refundable once garments have been processed, except in cases of proven damage or loss under the compensation policy above.
• Pickup & delivery charges are non-refundable once the pickup has been completed.
• Complaints raised after the 48-hour window from delivery will not be eligible for refund or compensation.

• To send you offers, promotions, and service announcements (you may opt out at any time).
• To improve our services, website experience, and customer support.
• To comply with applicable Indian laws, regulations, and legal processes.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes.
• We share your information only with service providers who help us operate our business (payment processors, delivery logistics, analytics) and only to the extent necessary for those services.
• We may disclose your information to government or legal authorities if required under Indian law.
• In the event of a business merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, and you will be notified.

5. Cookies

• We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and measure the performance of our website.
